I'm proud to be an instructor for two exclusive LinkedIn Learning courses designed to help individuals and organizations build more inclusive workplaces for people with disabilities.
These courses bring together my professional experience as a global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategist and my lived experience as a wheelchair user. More importantly, they reflect the reason I first stepped into the world of DEI.
Early in my career, I experienced firsthand how bias and barriers can shape opportunities—not only because of my disability, but also through the intersection of gender, age, and other identities. Those experiences challenged me, but they also inspired me to become part of the change rather than simply accept the status quo.
These courses are the culmination of that journey.
Rather than focusing only on disability awareness, they offer practical ideas for everyone who works alongside colleagues with disabilities—helping build workplaces where people can contribute, grow, and thrive together.
Each lesson is just 2–3 minutes long, making it easy to learn during a coffee break or commute. They can also be used by organizations as learning resources during DEI initiatives, team discussions, or leadership development programs.
